Thank you for shopping with Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland (AADI). Every purchase helps us continue our work supporting autistic children and their families across Ireland.

1. Shipping Rates

We offer a standard shipping rate of €6 per order.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 8 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Please note that this is our dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery times will depend on the postal service once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched by the AADI team.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our postal provider. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

4. Christmas Deliveries

As Christmas is a particularly busy time for postal services, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

While we'll do our best to dispatch all orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
